Earn Points while Shopping

Sino-Asia member can earn points while shopping at Sino-Asia website. Earn 1 point for every HK$1 purchase, and redeem HK$30 store credits for every 1000 points.

Member Points Terms & Conditions

1. Member points are non-transferable, non-divisible and points stored in different accounts cannot be used in combination.
2. For any purchase on Sino-Asia, a member must log into his or her membership account to obtain the credits& points.
3. The value of a coupon or gift voucher used in a purchase shall not be eligible for spend accumulation towards points.
4. Points will be credited to the account within 2 days after the order is received. The system will send an email notification. For any return product, points will be recalculated and reflected in the account. All redeemed points will be automatically deducted from the account immediately.
5. The accumulated point record will be listed in "My Account - Member Points" and expires on June 30 of each year. Overdue points will be automatically cancelled and cannot be transferred to the next year or used to redeem any credits or rewards. There is no upper limit for earning points per member per year (calculated from the date you register as a Sino-Asia member).
6. Sino-Asia member point calculation is based on total sales amount of the order excludes delivery fees.
7. If the total amount of an order is less than $600 after credit/reward/coupon/gift voucher deduction, delivery fees is required (unless otherwise specified). 
8. Points will be rounded-up to the nearest integer.
9. Point records of Sino-Asia shall prevail. Sino-Asia will not accept any claim of missing points after transaction.
10. If an order is voided, points earned in the order will be deducted.
11. Rewards & points cannot be used to settle any price difference between returned or exchange products.
12. Sino-Asia reserves the right to vary or cancel the Offers and/or amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Incase of any dispute, the decisions of Sino-Asia shall be final and conclusive.

General Terms

1. Reminders of member benefits and promotions will be sent to members via email, or Sino-Asia website notification. Members should provide valid email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing out on important notices.
2. Sino-Asia is not responsible for any case of undelivered email messages or notifications.
3. Sino-Asia is not responsible for any loss of points due to technological or system problems.
4. Sino-Asia has the absolute discretion to refuse and/or revoke the registration of any applicant and to terminate and/or cancel the registration of such applicant for any reason whatsoever. In the event a membership is terminated by us for any reason(s), related points, credits, rewards and coupons will also be forfeited immediately.
5. All amounts will be calculated in Hong Kong Dollar ($).
6. Sino-Asia may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
7. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
